Patients can manage their appointments at select clinics online through MyChart using our SMARTScheduling features including scheduling an appointment, rescheduling an appointment, getting on a wait list as part of our Fast Pass feature and cancelling an appointment. If you have never been to our hospital, a representative from the Scheduling Office will call you to book your appointment within three to five business days of receiving your referral. |

If you have been referred to Mackenzie Health for an appointment, a representative from the Scheduling Office will call you within three to five business days of receiving your referral to schedule your appointment, pre-register you over the phone and sign you up for MyChart if you choose. During this call, you will be provided with the following information:
Our Scheduling Office is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., including holidays. Will I receive an appointment reminder? |

A few days before your appointment, you will receive an automated phone reminder where you can confirm or cancel your appointment through the automated system. MyChart users will also receive an e-mail reminder of their upcoming appointment and to log in to their account to confirm their appointment by using our eCheck-in feature. |

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment? |

Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Online For appointments at select clinics, log in or sign up to MyChart to use our SMARTScheduling system to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time that fits your schedule.
