Fitness class schedule
We offer a variety of free fitness classes for our staff, physicians and volunteers. There are so many benefits to working out in a group class setting which include capitalizing your endorphins, diversifying your workouts and finding support and accountability with like-minded people.
To sign up for fitness classes, please register for Wellness Centre membership by emailing a completed waiver form to Wellness@mackenziehealth.ca. Once you are registered, you will receive a detailed fitness class schedule and instructions on how to sign up for classes using the Mindbody app.
