“Partners in Care” Monthly Giving Program
Every monthly contribution adds up! A donation of $20, $35 or $50 per month can help purchase much needed equipment like wheelchairs, stretchers, smart beds and vital sign machines. Your monthly gift will support Mackenzie Health’s highest priority needs so we can provide the best possible outcomes for all of our patients.
By providing Mackenzie Health Foundation with a steady, reliable source of income, you’ll enable us to respond quickly to emergency needs as they arise. It also reduces administrative costs so more dollars go towards meeting the needs of our patients.
Your donation can be made in easy-to-manage amounts and you can change or cancel your monthly gift at any time. Your donations are automatically charged to your credit card each month or can be made through your bank account. And it’s convenient – no paperwork and no envelopes to mail! You’ll receive a charitable tax receipt for your total yearly contribution at the beginning of the next calendar year.
Meet Eleanor
We sat down with Eleanor, one of our long-time supporters to chat about why she gives so loyally to Mackenzie Health.
This compassionate 86 year old was taken aback when we thanked her for her loyal gifts, dating back to 1986! That’s 36 years of giving generously to support local healthcare. Plus, Eleanor has been making a gift each and every month since 2002. That’s 20 years of loyal monthly giving – wow!
When asked why she switched to monthly giving, Eleanor replied, “It seemed the right thing to do. It’s a very manageable way of giving. And, I think I would forget if I didn’t have the monthly set up, and then I’d regret it. This way I don’t have to worry about it.” She goes on to say, “It’s just part of how you live. If you can afford it, you give back and support causes you care about. It gives me pleasure to give to something I feel strongly about.”
Thank you to Eleanor, and to all of our wonderful “Partners in Care” donors, for your incredible dedication to supporting exceptional healthcare in our community.
