Please be advised there are reports of fraudulent door-to-door “fundraisers” who are falsely presenting themselves as representatives of Mackenzie Health Foundation. Please note that Mackenzie Health Foundation is not currently canvassing door-to-door for donations or signatures. Mackenzie Health Foundation will also never contact community members by phone or email asking for personal information such as their date of birth, social insurance number or credit card information. 

If you have been approached by this type of scam using Mackenzie Health or Mackenzie Health Foundation logos, likeness or name, please report it to The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. You can also notify us by email at foundation@mackenziehealth.ca.
