In Memoriam Giving
A memorial gift is a meaningful way to pay tribute to a loved one who has passed away. When you honour someone with a gift to Mackenzie Health in their memory, you’re also helping us provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients and their families. Your kindness allows us to fund highest priority needs like purchasing urgently needed, lifesaving equipment for Cortellucci Vaughan and Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospitals.
SYMPATHY CARD
Once your donation is made, Mackenzie Health Foundation will send a sympathy card, either digitally or by mail, to the family to notify them of your thoughtful gift. You can also include a personalized note with your condolences. The amount of your donation will not be shared and you will receive a charitable tax receipt for gifts over $10.
IN MEMORIAM WALLS
At Mackenzie Health, when $2,500 or more is raised to pay tribute to someone who has passed, we provide the family with an opportunity to display their loved one’s name/or photo on our ‘In Memoriam’ walls, located at Mackenzie Richmond Hill and Cortellucci Vaughan Hospitals.
