That is why, we’ve recently opened the doors to the long-awaited, state-of-the-art Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, doubling our communities’ access to critical care services, with our new two hospital model.
Our vision for a two-hospital model is inspiring an unprecedented level of generosity across western York Region. With the help of philanthropic companies like you, we have been able to complete $250 million goal. But we’re not done yet. We need ensure the best possible care and equipment at both Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital and Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital. DOUBLE OR TRIPLE YOUR GIFT’S IMPACT BY FOLLOWING THESE SIMPLE STEPS:
Contact your employer’s personnel or human resources department to determine if they participate in a matching gift program. If they do, obtain a matching gift form and donation guide.
Fill in the Employees section of the form and send it to Mackenzie Health Foundation along with your gift. We will complete the form and forward it to your employer’s matching gift office for processing. All our contact information can be obtained by clicking the button below.
Your company will send its matching donation directly to Mackenzie Health Foundation.
MATCHING GIFTS – FAQS
Every company has their own set of requirements. The best recommendation is to speak directly to your Human Resources department.
They may ask that you complete a form and mail it along with your donation to the Foundation.
In fairness to donors who do not work for an employer that matches gifts, your employer’s matching gifts do not count toward your donor wall recognition.
