Many companies choose to match personal gifts made by employees, their spouses and retirees to demonstrate they support the causes important to their staff.

Speak to your human resources team regarding their matching gift policy. It's the easiest way to double your donation for Mackenzie Health.

Who is Eligible?

  • Current, full-time or part-time employees
  • Retired employees
  • Spouses of employees
  • Widows and/or widowers of former employees
  • Members of the board of directors

DOUBLE OR TRIPLE YOUR GIFT’S IMPACT BY FOLLOWING THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

Contact your employer’s personnel or human resources department to determine if they participate in a matching gift program. If they do, obtain a matching gift form and donation guide.

Fill in the Employees section of the form and send it to Mackenzie Health Foundation along with your gift. We will complete the form and forward it to your employer’s matching gift office for processing. All our contact information can be obtained by clicking the button below.

Your company will send its matching donation directly to Mackenzie Health Foundation.

MATCHING GIFTS – FAQS

Every company has their own set of requirements. The best recommendation is to speak directly to your Human Resources department.

They may ask that you complete a form and mail it along with your donation to the Foundation.

In fairness to donors who do not work for an employer that matches gifts, your employer’s matching gifts do not count toward your donor wall recognition.
