During the last few months of 2022, Mackenzie Health, along with many other hospitals in the GTA, was challenged with a triple threat of COVID-19, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and the regular cough, cold andflu season, putting significant pressure on our Emergency Department and pediatric unit.
