Appointments at Mackenzie Health
Mackenzie Health is pleased to provide patients with multiple ways to schedule an appointment, allowing patients full flexibility to ensure their health care needs fit into their busy lifestyles.
We’re making it easier for you to manage your appointments — whether you’re visiting for a diagnostic imaging test or an ambulatory (outpatient) clinic.
Patients can manage their appointments through MyChart online, including scheduling (for most diagnostic imaging services), rescheduling, cancelling appointments, reviewing appointment location, arrival time, preparation instructions, completing pre-visit questionnaires and more.
To avoid delays upon arrival, patients must complete eCheck-in through MyChart to ensure their information is up-to-date and any pre-visit questionnaires are completed. On the day of your appointment, let us know you are here at one of our arrival kiosks in Patient Registration to receive your armband.
New diagnostic imaging appointment process
Starting Nov. 19, 2025, we’re making it easier to confirm and remember your Diagnostic Imaging appointments with new text message confirmations.
If you are already on MyChart and are referred for a self-scheduling applicable diagnostic imaging appointment, you will receive a MyChart email and app notification letting you know you have an appointment ready to be scheduled. MyChart will show you the soonest available appointment times across both sites – the same as what our Scheduling Office sees!
For all other appointments you will either receive a text message or phone call to book as outlined below:
