Shaped by thousands of voices from staff, physicians, patients, families and community partners, this plan sets out how we’ll deliver the safe, compassionate, high-quality care you expect today, while preparing for the future.

They are reinforced by our commitment to safety and high reliability; equity, inclusion, diversity and accessibility; environmental sustainability; and an innovative mindset, because building a healthier tomorrow is more than just great care at the bedside.
