Birth Records

This page will provide you with information on how to register your child.

You must now register your child's birth online with the Province of Ontario. Your online registration will also allow you to apply for a birth certificate and a social insurance number for your child at the same time. You can register your child's birth online through the ServiceOntario Website at www.serviceontario.ca/newborn. For any enquiries you may call 1-800-267-8097.
