The Canada-wide Rogers network outage is impacting many people and systems across the country. Here at Mackenzie Health, the internal systems within our hospitals – including our internet and phone systems – are working, however there are several areas that are impacted, including our ability to communicate externally with those on the Rogers network. We have enacted our internal Incident Management System (IMS) to ensure there is no disruption to patient care and mitigate any disruptions to our operations. Patients and families will continue to receive safe, quality care at our hospitals if and when they need it.
