Mackenzie Health, in collaboration with York Region Public Health, declared a COVID-19 outbreak on A2 Complex Care Purple at Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital on November 23, 2023. On November 27, in collaboration with Toronto Public Health, an outbreak was also declared on 4 East at the Reactivation Care Centre. On November 30, an RSV outbreak was declared on C3 Medicine Aqua.
