Description: Crucial Conversations is an award-winning course that teaches you how to achieve spirited dialogue at all levels in an organization. By learning how to speak and be heard, you’ll surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment. The training experience introduces a set of tools that builds alignment, agreement, and interpersonal communication.
Learning Objectives:
- Effectively hold the right conversation to get the right results
- Identify when safety is at risk and you are no longer in dialogue
- Set-up conditions to talk about almost anything
- Understand different types of decision-making strategies and how to move toward action and results
