Respectful Relationships in the Workplace (Homewood Health Webinar)
Creating a respectful workplace is everyone’s responsibility. This workshop will raise awareness around what respectful behaviour looks like, promote the adoption of a professional attitude, assist with the development of effective communication skills and suggest common standards for respectful behaviour.
Learning Objectives:
After this session, participants will be able to:
• Recount the importance of respectful behaviour in the workplace
• Provide examples of what respectful behaviour involves
• Better describe the boundaries between harassment and respectful behaviour as they apply in the workplace
