Fostering a Culture of Recognition and Appreciation
Recognition is about acknowledging the hard work and accomplishments of individuals and teams within your organization. Research has consistently shown that if you feel recognized and valued in your workplace, you’re at lower risk of work stress, burnout and mental health issues. Plus you’re more likely to be engaged and productive.

- Reflect on what might prevent us from showing our appreciation more often
