Connection is Retention: Lessons from Leaders with Unusually High Nurse Retention is the culmination of a joint study conducted by Crucial Learning and AONL of 2,100 nurse managers and clinical staff in March, 2023. The results offer surprising insights into the common interventions used to address turnover as well as share best practices demonstrated by nurse managers who have created cultures of connection resulting in high nursing retention.
