Yoga at CVH
Transition yourself into one of our beautiful outdoor space. Yoga is a great way to get exercise, as it helps with fitness and flexibility, but it also allows you to destress and focus on yourself. Our instructor will guide you through this multi-level class focused on breath and flow of movement.
