Basics of Health
Crystal has been a Respiratory Therapist for 13 years at The Hospital For Sick Children and just resigned this May to follow her heart and be closer to home with her 4 active loud boys and pursue her love of helping others from a preventative side of healthcare. Back in 2019 Crystal found herself lying on the couch not being able to get up, angry, depressed and different after a traumatic case at the hospital. Which to you and I wasn't anything new to experience. In the months that followed she leaned in for help from professionals and quickly realized the tips for recovering and finding her way back was what she was sharing through her online health and wellness business and took it upon herself to share her journey through social media. Come and listen to how to get back to the basics of health to support not only your mental health, but physically, emotionally and spiritually. Crystal has been on a journey to find herself outside of her role at Sickkids and outside of being a Mother. When 2 of the biggest identifier's of oneself are gone there is nowhere to turn to but inward.
Crystal is a Co-Author of the She Series of books that was just released this fall. She Is Just Getting Started is a collection of real-life stories from women who chose to step into their power, navigate the world of uncertainty, rewrite the story of what 'success' means to them, and embark on their entrepreneurial path.
