Run Club at MRHH
The Run Club is back at Mackenzie Health! The Run Club is FREE and provides you with weekly accountability and a community to enjoy your runs. All levels are welcome with variations provided based on skill level- no runner is left behind. It will include a warmup, run session, and cool down.
This year, next few weeks, the Run Club will be also focusing on helping our staff, physicians, and volunteers to run as a community for Strides for Mackenzie Health for May 13, 2023. Strides for Mackenzie Health is a unique 5K run/walk through Canada’s Wonderland! Lace up your runners and gather your co-workers team! The deadline to register for Strides for Mackenzie Health is Friday, May 5, 2023. Additional information and registration details are available at MHFStrides.ca.
Not only is it an excellent opportunity to support a great cause, but there are also great benefits of running:
